In late 2018 I started taking Full Spectrum CBD Hemp Oil and I'm amazed at the results because:
I do take some supplements and eat primarily a raw whole food diet. I'm 98% vegan, I don't over exercise just basic walking and body weight exercises.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not perfect and I will occasionally eat pizza, beer and or something unhealthy 🙂
In the 1990s researchers discovered our bodies have an Endocannabinoid System (ECS). This is your body's primary tool of Homeostasis or the perfect balance of your health.
Our bodies are full of Cannabinoid receptors from head to toe. Hemp oil is not the only place you can get CBD but it's one of the highest concentrations.
The researchers found these “receptors” regulate and balance:
This is why CBD Hemp Oil is considered a full body supplement.
Supplements and drugs are generally for one particular ailment. So you are told to “take this for that and this for that.” CBD Hemp Oil is a full body supplement!
We found a great video that explains CBD and the Endocannabinoid System. You can watch it here:
Full Spectrum CBD Hemp Oil is created from the entire Hemp plant AND the seeds. Often times you'll find CBD Hemp Oil only created from the Hemp seeds. I'm important to find Full Spectrum made from the entire plant!
Full Spectrum CBD Hemp Oil contains:
You've heard the saying “oil and water don't mix.” So when you take CBD Hemp Oil it's important to know how much is absorbed by your body. Research has shown only 6% of ingested Hemp oil actually gets into the bloodstream. Traditional Hemp Oil can take 1-2hrs before it enters the bloodstream. Water Soluble reduces that to 5-15 minutes.
In my research, I also found most CBD purchased online the past few decades, was coming from other parts of the world with no regulations. Today we can get organically grown Hemp Oil from the US. It may cost a little more but a price I'm happy to pay knowing it's origin!
At first, I wondered if CBD Hemp oil was legal or does it make you high? The answer to both is NO. The short explanation is marijuana is a “family” of plants. Cannabis and Hemp are both part of the family, kind of like cousins but very different. Cannabis is low in CBD and high in THC which makes you high. This is why it's not legal, will impair your abilities, etc. Hemp is LOW in THC so you won't get high but very high in CBD. So you get the healing powers of CBD without the effects of getting high.
Hemp is also used to manufacture rope, clothing, paper and other products. The competitors in the cotton, paper, nylon industries wanted Hemp banned. They convinced politicians Hemp was “marijuana and it was outlawed!
The US Farm Bill of 2014 legalized Hemp again. The bill encouraged states to start pilot programs to grow Hemp as a new commodity.
Since 2014 there has been some miss interpretations of the law across the US. I've read about overzealous consumers, law enforcement and even states officials who attempt to ban CBD but find they cannot.
There are those “in power” who want to control and own the Hemp business.
A great resource to stay on top of the political sides of Hemp is the US Hemp Roundtable. The U.S. Hemp Roundtable is a coalition of dozens of hemp companies and the industry’s major national grassroots organizations.
CBD Hemp oil is about as natural as you can get! It comes from a plant and has been used for thousands of years. But make sure you look into the company and manufacturing behind the CBD Hemp Oil. I agree there needs to be some standards and regulations. Otherwise, it would be hard to trust the quality of the oil.
Although there are products on Amazon, do your research! Make sure they are USDA Organic, Full Spectrum, and Water Soluble!>>>>>Find CBD Hemp Oil products on Amazon here <<<<<<
