Nutribullet Recipes to Lose Weight

Yes, you read that right “Nutribullet Recipes to Lose Weight with raw eggs.” I've worn out my Nutribullet the past couple years but it keeps on going! I've done a 10-day Nutriblast cleanse and even a 14 day cleanse with nothing but Nutribullet drinks 3-5 times per day!

My morning Nutribullet Recipe

Every morning I eat within 30 minutes of waking per the Epi-paleo Rx: The Prescription for Disease Reversal and Optimal Health and I was looking to get over 30g of protein to start the day. It's a challenge finding protein sources with the NutriBullet Recipes. For many months I used the plant base Spurlina but the powder was so fine it's tough to dilute and there's a definite taste!

Adding raw eggs

So one day I cracked a couple raw eggs into my Nutribullet. I started 1/3 spinach, then added some carrot, celery and nutribullet recipes to lose weighteven Chia Seeds. I topped it off with a half of banana and frozen strawberries and blended away!

It tasted great! The raw eggs made the Nutriblast more “frothy”

As the days went on I've settled on three eggs per day to go well beyond 30g of protein per day. What a better way to start the day but a Nutribullet with raw vegetables, fruit, and eggs!

You have to be creative when thinking about Nutribullet Recipes!

One day I remembered in my younger days of bodybuilding I made protein shakes with raw eggs. Then everybody told me to stop and watch out for salmonella etc.. I've later learned that was a bunch of baloney!

Yes, you have to be careful with raw eggs! The danger comes from what's on the eggshell not so much what's inside the egg! Wash your eggs well before serving!

Here's what Wikipedia says about eating raw eggs and a link to learn more:

They can also be eaten raw, though this is not recommended for people who may be especially susceptible to salmonellosis, such as the elderly, the infirm, or pregnant women. In addition, the protein in raw eggs is only 51% bioavailable, whereas that of a cooked egg is nearer 91% bioavailable, meaning the protein of cooked eggs is nearly twice as absorbable as the protein from raw eggs.
